  From the moment I walked in I knew I was going to have an easy customer experience. The hipster guy with the beard makes me want to come back and pay a fair price just to look at the beard again.

  On the plus side the repair cost was reasonable ($35 for a flat tyre) and what you would expect your local mechanic to charge.

  Overall, not recommended if you are after a quick fix. Moreover, the staff on the reception was giving a preferential treatment to an existing customer who walked in after me which I believe lead to the two hours repair time for a minor flat tyre issue.

  On the minus side they couldn't repair immediately and said that I will have to wait for another couple of hours. They will need to assess the issue with my tyre and will contact me after that. I had to then drop my car keys with them and head back to work on a public transport. The total turnaround time was exactly two hours. I received a message saying that the issue had been fixed and my car was ready for collection.

  Not happy. Told me that Bridgestone RE003 were no longer available (they are) and did not move an inflated tyre to replace my damaged spare tyre as instructed.
